Are YOU Coachable?

SO, ARE YOU COACHABLE ?

Some enquiries from people wondering if coaching will really help them -- even wondering if they really can be coached. For me, it comes down to one word:

            ***** COMMITMENT

It's more than commitment to goals, though that's a great start.
It's commitment to living the life you -- from your soul level-- intended to express.

Commitment to continually stepping into your ever-expanding potential.
Commitment to your freedom of expression and income. I've discovered that it doesn't matter where you are now, or how much money you have or don't have. Or what challenges you're up against -- they're all just part of the deal we call life.

If you possess commitment to having what you truly desire -- because you must be true to who you really are – the universe will rally around you with support, lucky breaks, inspiration, marvelous coaches and mentors – and everything else you need.

  Business owners who

have already achieved reasonable success (generally they've been in business for 2 years or longer) -- but are ready for MUCH more - are primed to make a commitment to overcome their business challenges and go for success big time - have decided that concerns about money will no longer stop them from having what they want and deserve - feel called to bring their work to the world in greater and more fulfilling ways and to assist others Life Coach and Small Business Mentor Specialising in Wealth Dynamics Keynote Speaker: Life Skills and Business Topics Your Personal Guide to Passion & Success P.S. When you ask it is given. But you have to accept it!

Knowledge of uncertainty

Knowledge of UNCERTAINTY

If you can know as I know & feel as I feel!
Then you can be certain of uncertainty.

Magic Mirror

The Magic Mirror

There have been quite a number of stories involving a mirror.

1. A vain queen looked into her magic mirror. Mirror, mirror, mirror on the WALL, who is the fairest of them all! And discovered that her stepdaughter 'Snow White' was more beautiful than her. Her non-acceptance of this truth drove her to commit cruel deeds.

2. Alice on the other hand went into a mirror and found a wonderland.

Which one are YOU!

There are 2 sides [versions] for every story! There are 2 faces in everyone! The mirror sees well because it does not leave out any! Polish the mirror! Then look into it! MASK Often we find ourselves unwilling to testify and stand by it.

Instead, we may try to cover it or pretend that we are not. And although we may succeed in convincing others what is untrue; we ourselves will know what is FACT.

Acceptance of what is true about oneself is important. It is like a mirror that sees well. We will then have accurate information as to determine what we have done and what more we have to do.

The difficult part is the acceptance that others do possess good qualities we lack, we are also not lacking in bad qualities and weaknesses as do others.

Being sincere and honest to and about ourselves is one aspect, sincere and honest to and about others is another.

Design Your Life

So how do you get started on designing the life you want? And perhaps at this point, we would like to remind you that the life you want, is not necessarily wrapped around how much money is in your bank account.

If it was as simple as that, we need not even go through this exercise!

Generally, there are 8 areas of your life, they are Spiritual, Intellectual/Mental, Emotional, Physical(Health), Financial Life, Family, Social/Community, Career.

Here are some simple steps to help you get started:

1. Find a nice quiet spot where you will be undisturbed for at least 20 minutes.

2. Equip yourself with a pencil and 8 sheets of A4 paper, that will become your “Life Book”.

3. Draw a time line across a page, from now to say five years on.

4. At the left end of the time line, write “Present State”; at the right end, write “Desired State”.

5. On the left end, describe as accurately as you can your Present State. Ask questions like: a. What am I doing now? b. What is my income, if any? c. Do I like what I do?

6. On the right side, under Desired State, describe as clearly as you can what you would like to see five years from now. Ask yourself, if I can’t fail… a. What do I really want to be? b. What do I want to have? c. What will my life be like?

7. Between the Present State and Desired State mark on the time line a. What must I do to get what I want?
b. Who can help me?
c. What skills do I need?
d. What resources do I need?

The first time you may not get all the answers you want. If you do this exercise daily and regularly for some time, you will get a pretty good design for your life. You will be clear on where to get what you want, what to do, who can help you etc. You don’t stop working on your project to design your life.

We recommend you to keep going back to the “Life Book” you have created; it’s a “project in progress”. Take charge of your life now.

  If not NOW, When!

Why Coach?

Coaching:

Coaching is prefer to overcome the two basic shortcoming of training.

1. Assume all or most trainees or participants are of/or, similar or same level of learning/education!

2. Assume all trainees/participants want to learn or listen to the same things.

Spiritual Life

Dear Seeker,

 Do not be disheartened!
The Master's words are still with us!
If you wish to taste the ecstasies of spiritual life, you have to live it.

It is like savouring food, you have to eat it or else you will remain hungry!
Spiritual life is like a bird faring on a journey.
You must first lift off the ground, before you can reach your destination.

Body Language

Body language

In 1967, professor Albert Mehrabian from UCLA carried studies to show that we are perceived in 3 ways:
Body Language,
Tone and
Words.

The impact of the 3 components are broken down below:
Body Language: 55%
Tone of Voice: 38%
Words: 7% Today, it is almost impossible to attend a class in communication without being taught the importance of body language.

Design YOUR L.I.F.E. -1

Design Your L.I.F.E.

There’s an old German saying that goes, “You have to take life as it happens, but you should try to make it happen the way you want to take it.”

Are you planning to just let life “happen” to you or do you plan to play an active part in designing the life you want? Some of you may say, Yes, I would like to do that, but trouble is, I don’t know how to get started.

So you just go with the crowd, or take the path that’s most hassle-free. Unfortunately, more often than not, the crowd may not know where it is going, and if so, then everyone ends up like everyone else, wondering what has happened to their life many years down the road!

Generally, people can be group into three groups;

one group wonder why things happen,

another group make things happen, and
another wonder what happen?
Which group are you?

Lots of people tend to take life for granted. They think they are going to live forever, death happen only to others until they are in their 40s, 50s, or older. Are you willing to take that chance?

Remember, you only have one life, that one stage, and you can’t turn back the clock. Life is not a full dress rehearsal; it’s only going to happen once.

You can’t say, “Cut, let’s start it all over again.”
The truth is, for most people, after 20 or 30 years of working, they only discover what they do not want, without a clue as to what they really want in life.
We all know we want something.
Words like financial freedom, success, wealth, lifestyle, are catch-words, phrases every Tom, Dick, & Harry is using and talking.

But!
Do you know what it actually means?
Do you know what it takes to achieve that?
Do you know how or where to get it?
So our advice is: take the time right now to work out a design for your life. If life was a movie, and you are the producer and actor, what role would you want to play and how would the plot unfold?

Designing your life is like making a movie.
You have to be able to see the end at the beginning.
It may start off a little hazy and blur, but as you continue working on it, it would become clearer and clearer. You’ve got to write the script, put in the characters.

Use your imagination, let your creative juices flow. Does it mean that what you have designed is going to be set in concrete? Certainly not! You are the producer, co-creator of your life. You can change, delete, or add in anything you want in your project.

But at least by doing this exercise of designing your life, you are in control of your circumstances, rather than become a victim of them.
